Yes, if you ride it in the rain, dirt, or mud. I had a Triumph Bobber back in late 70's. Never had a problem. However, Mcdroid is right...the price of coolness!:cheer:

That bike has alot of corrosion. Thats why it might be just easier to paint it. Just my opinion. Looks like a fun project. Darn it, now you got me wanting to find a project bike now.:woohoo:
