A good source of information and parts is on DRAGBIKE.COM
Even if not into high performance the sponsors and vendors sell parts and do machining on all KZs ( Pistons , Boring , Head and clutch )
Also Joe Hoopers shop in Florida Pitstop Performance. Best prices on MTC pistons I have found

+1 on Vintage Kawasaki.        After searching for a seat lock for my sons KZ650 for ages I stumbled across Vintage Kawasaki while looking through google images, I do this sometimes when looking for parts, lots of smaller shops post images of parts on their sites and they show up in google images. Anyway, he had THREE original Kawasaki seat locks in stock, I bought two as I was going to need one for my build as well, good communication and quick shipping, I'm in Australia....

every once in a while I find a store on EB that has new old stock Kawi parts, here is a link:
www.ebay.com/str/kamikazemotorcycleparts...storecat=32904898018

where it says search this store, enter the part number you are looking for, you might get lucky like I did
I found a rear brake MC there for $29 which included shipping, most prices include shipping

has anyone tried either of these two places? :

en.impex-jp.com/
www.cheapcycleparts.com/oemparts

I'm wondering if they really have the parts, and how long it takes to get them if they do
