I'm thinking of trying circlips , I lost one years ago coming up the interstate, a semi flattened it :(

Cheap quality and Not so cheap....

I can say on my (Not so cheap :blush:) , well made heavy duty reinforced pins, new grommets where no issues, snug fit... I truly have to pry them out so no need for securing pins...

They carry for KZ650 - 1000... Have air boxes as well...

my buddy uses fishin line tied from drill hole in post to frame...reason is if she blows off,shes still tied on!! i got the new grommets and they work well.
