Maybe Z1 or Travelcade.com. I have a Travelcade cover on mine and I like it.

Seat cover stuff

Saddlemen.com is another place. Not sure if it's mentioned in any of the links in the above topic.

Hi kz/pat,

I bought a Saddleman a few years back. I think it fits well and looks good. I believe I got mine from Z1 Ent also.

Best of success. :)

I have a canvas shop where I make boat tops, covers, cushions, and etc. Motorcycle seats are easy to copy or modify. Point is that your local upholstery guy probably can do it reasonably and maybe a better grade of vinyl than the readymade covers.

good advice...shop local and see the product as you pay.....

if you do get a saddleman...be aware that they are very tight to install...i think i could do a better job on my next one ...but i struggled to get the last part to wrap and made the end stitching tear a bit where it is under the seat....finish is not bad at all and i am happy with th profile and match -very happy actually...It was hard for this dummy to do one for the first time though...like trying to make a bed with a smaller sheet than needed,,,,

mine was a flat kz seat and the model you have may be a different saddleman for how tight a fit

The trick to putting them on is heat. Set it outside on a sunny day. heat gun(careful!). Best heat source ,that the uphosltery guy will use, is steam.

I'm with Saltydog. I have 81 CSR and had a friend from work recreate a new cover. He had 20 yrs upholstery experience and still had the shop in his son's possession.
He did a great job, and yeah I think it was a better grade of vinyl. I wish now that I had asked for some contrasting piping at the edge, but...(shoulda,coulda,woulda)

Kz/Pat, You might look at this, Item250429784388, from Milwakee Cycle, at parts@milwaukeecycle.com I've used 3 of their' covers. They have original seat patterns, & use top quality materials. In 2 cases, they didn't have my covers in stock, but made them on request. Turn around time was lengthy,(@ 6 weeks) BUT, for $70.00, to have a "new" cover was worth it to me. Luck g
