Camel seats. lololol didn't like them then and I was about 4-5 years old and I don't like em now. They can be comfortable as all get out you will never see that on a bike I ride or any of my friends bikes. I gave one of my reupolstered seats to my friend for free just so he wouldn't have to ride looking like a camel jockey. lolol  :P 650ed wrote:

Maybe we should start a catalog of "customized" bikes.

The goldwing looks like those toys from processed plastics that they did in two colors plus a few chrome features. You guys remember those right? lol My mom worked at that factory and we had those toys by the boxful. I remember not being excited at the motorcycles because they were the honda copies and always wondered why they didn't make a copy of the z1. But then again I think that may have been a little disappointing. Gosh, I have been in love with these bikes ever since I can remember being on the back with my dad at 5 years old. 36 years now!

I thought we were just talking style here. Since I didn't want to travel 1500 miles to pick up the lil' beastie and have no use for a shop bike with no title or old registration (needed here for registration) I decided not to bid and had another Scotch instead. As for if the stocker and this one were side by side my interest would be on the lil bobber. I like stockers as much as the next guy in fact I hate to see some (SOME) chopped up on a whim. This was not one. The way I see it he had no paperwork on it and instead of parting it out he made a neat lil' beastie bobber. I think it's cool. Don't ya wish you could buy every bike ya like. I guess your name would be Leno.

The girl who owns or at least is a big part of pingel in wisconsin has a pink z1 and I tell you that bike is mean. I guess I could swallow a little pride and ride a pink bike if it was fast enough that no one could get a close look at me as I rode by.:silly:  :woohoo:
