That is the Maier...I retract that assessment, that might be a 1981-83 EOM GPz550 fairing, but it would require the CSR to change to a square headlight.
I've looked at several pictures of the Viper fairing and think that there might be some better looking ones out there. Anyone happen to know what this one is called?

Not the best pic of it, but it seems to fit the bike a lot better than the Viper does.

That Vetter fairing looks very nice!
I think I'm going to stay with the naked look for a while, unless I come across a cheap fairing somewhere. From my research, it sounds like the quarter fairing directs air up into your helmet, which I wouldn't be too fond of. I already have problems in the cold weather with wind getting in my helmet, so I'm not sure if a small fairing would work for or against me. I'll let you know if I do eventually find one though!

Looks familiar.
That's actually a Rickman fairing.
It's Craig Vetter's Rickman framed race bike:

i bought the small maier gp fairing from cyclepages.com for 79 bux + shipping. it will take some modification to get it to fit to my liking. it isnt the Rifle Nightflight fairing like i had on my old 750 LTD but for almost 200 bux less i can live with that.
