I will get some more pictures up as soon as I get it running. I already took the fairing and stuff off so that I can figure out whats going on(coils wired up wrong so far) and as soon as im done I will clean it up a little and put it back together.

Got it running this afternoon and it sounds nice especially with the full yoshimura header. Nice tight engine no noises.

Good score dude! Now get rid of that BIG fairing and get the small quarter for around the headlight and you'll have a beauty!

Where do you think I can find a quarter fairing ?. I looked on ebay and there is nothing on there, at least not today. If I decide to keep the factory paint scheme but using a quarter fairing is it possible to get the factory decals through kawi or anywhere else?. I see that member "The Gringo" has a 750 that has matching quarter fairing decals with the tank.

Keep checking ebay , you'll need an OEM fairing from a '82 GPz750 , '82 GPz1100 or an '82-83 ELR . 550 fairings are more common , but are smaller . Try to get one with brackets included . Reproduction Graphics should have sets for your bike and can probably make fairing stripes . You could most likely cut up a set from a tank to fit the fairing , if that's all they have available .
