The diagrams at Partzilla show the lengths of the long single line & the upper line for the dual line setup. I'm pretty sure the measurements are eye-to-eye. That's what they are for my motorcycle anyway. my csr has 2 lines & I got the same length lower line. To figure out a shorter upper line after installing new bars, I disconnected the brake joint at the forks & lowered it until the line looked right, then measured & subtracted the overage. I ordered a line that was a couple inches longer than needed so that the m/c can be disconnected & moved out of the way to allow room for servicing or changing bars or whatever.
