Belt for a KZ440

Well the impact broke it loose with no problem. Put the front sprocket on and the rear tire. Put the chain on and it hits the belt guard bracket. Also the belt guard I have is not right. It hits the rear shock. And lastly, the chain is to long and the tire is dang near all the way back. That is an easy fix though. The parts are off a 1980 so i am going to see what I can find as far as parts go for a newer bike. I don’t want to get into cutting and welding.
