18" Front Wheel Gain ?

I'll just stick with the 100 tire then. Once I have all the pieces I need to complete a front 18" wheel assembly to fit my KZ, I'll see if there is a difference in the handling of the bike ? But for right now, I think appearance wise, the 18" front looks better than the 19".

Yes, from 19" to 18" no problems, fender fit fine, quicker turning, better tire choice.
