Where are you, I have a spare set of 04 Daytona forks. They are 42mm
Seems like a Hell of a lot of work though. If you did a complete front end swap then you'll need races and bearings to go into your Kawasaki head stock. Basically there are several outlets for bearings and I'm sure you'll get the right ones. The speedo on the Daytona/ST3 is electronic so could be an issue.

Are you sure they are 42mm ? , 2004 955i forks are 45mm...
