Ive decided to give away the basic frame gusset kits for free through end of this month so people can try them out and tell me what needs to be improved on the design.
You just pay for shipping
So anybody who wants to try them out let me know. :)

This is what the basic kit looks like, they will need a little fine tuning with a grinder or file to fit each particular frame.
It includes triangles for in front of steering head/triangles for behind steering head/sheet metal gussets for middle of backbone tubes and gussets for upper rear shock area.
Theyre made from 14g mild steel so they can be welded with stick/tig/mig or brazed if youre handy with a torch. :)

Finally got them where Im satisfied they can be fine tuned with a 4" grinder or die grinder to fit each individual frame after changing things just a little 5-6 times. :woohoo:
I sent the templates to cnc guy to have them cut them out last week,He called to say he got them in the mail to me today so I should see them middle of week then Ill mail out the kits I have you guys that asked for them.
So once you guys get them let me know what you like about them and what needs changing. :)
