Kroil, impact, heat. In that order, wouldn't use flame though, just a conservative dose with a heat gun. If you can somehow get an impact on there, I agree with wireman, you'll be set

98 CBR 600F3(filter, pipe, adjustable cam sprokets, dyno tune)
76 KZ900A (LTD gauge pods, crash bars, LTD(style)pipes, dyna coils and ignition,headwork and mild port cleanup by cavanaugh racing, K&N filter pods, heck I dunno.

Since my last post I took the bike to a local family owned welding shop and asked them to weld a nut onto the bolt by welding inside of the nut, and using an air ratchet slowly hammering the "infected" bolt. He did it and it was done in 12 minutes. Installed a new bolt and rode away. $16 dollars was the best repair bill I have ever had! LOL!
