I think the consensus was to do-away with the anti-dive feature and just use stiffer springs. Much simpler and more predictable. The guys to ask are the guys who race on this site:
www.nwsca.com/scripts/gpz_forum_2005/default.asp

You might recognize some of the users there. Most use the same name as they do here.

Oops, looks like MJG15 already gave you a link.

there is thread on the gpz 550 forum that actually shows a dude eliminating the brake fluid actuation...and using a simple bolt and lock nut to "dail and set" his stiffness/anti dive B) ...or something like that...i will see if it ever gets running before i ever get that point... i wanna focus on the green and gray 900/1000 and am getting advice from the better half about the bikes we ride being running perfect and finished(paainted$$$ and all the goodies piles installed) before doing any more to the others...so back into the garage we go for now.......

i l;ove this little 550 and it shows the final evolution of the air cooled 550 before the zx600 took the slot ..

I had a GS 700 with anti-dive forks and dual disks. The bleeding was performed at he left anti-dive, then the left caliper, then the right anti-dive and last the right caliper. It took several rounds , but eventually all the air was out.
good Luck jim
