I also have a set of Clubman bars.
I like them.
Have had a few bars over the years from 3" raise to 1 1/2" to these Clubmans.
I find you get used to whatever you have, although I rode a buddies 650 SR and did not like the high close together stock bars.

The clubman bars look pretty cool. Do the clubman bars require to bend over the tank like newer sports bikes?

Superbike bars on my '78. Fr brake master cylinder is pretty close to the tach with these bars.

The clubmans will require you to bend over more than the superbikes. It depends on what style you are going for. I think superbikes would probably fit the bill for ya'. They are a bit higher than the drag bars you have now. Clubmans are usually used on cafes.

I used to use my clubmans upside down they were suprizingly comfortable and kept me upright- just recently change to gsxr front end so im changing things up
