This is the one I have and I paid about $75.00 for it. If you shoot the head strait on with the vertical beam then measure the distance to the horizontal line from the swingarm pivot would get you square any ways. then some string might help too.

that looks like a nice laser. can u see the line well enough to actually measure from it accurately.

Its pretty bright until about 20 feet in a lighted situation. In a low light situation is is visible alot further. It comes with a magnetic mount that will convert to a tripod for setting it up multiple ways.
