I would like to think I've evolved somewhat over the years. Used to be I would get a bike and the first hour or two would be spent stripping the thing down of signals, racks mirrors, center stands and especially sissy bars. Well I leave the signals and mirrors on now a days but no way on the sissy bar, and judging from some of the posts I've read, the vast membership aggrees. I'm here to tell ya, don't just toss it or throw it in the shed and forget about it. Thanks to Ebay and an appearent lack of supply of thissy bars I almost recouped 25% of the cost of the bike it came with. Now if I could just have them send that money directly to Z1E I could do some shopping.

i'm guessing a Thissy bar would be a sissy bar as spoken by someone who wears pink and visits bars called "The Backdoor" or "The Fudge Packing Plant".

if you wish to be a mod on this site, you MUST have a thissy bar and a certain coil wiring mod on your non-running Kawasaki.

I'm keeping my silly bar on the B4. It is period correct and i suspect very rare.

They bring good money if they are old and in good shape.

Check the sissy bar on the left of me. I have seen these bring $225.00.

Mine fetched $76 on ebay. Not sure if it's period correct. Maybe I should have held out for more.
