Moves the pegs back about 5 inches. Do a search for home brew rearsets, or maybe it was hill billy rearsets. Ether way there is a good description in a thread about how to do them.
Heres a pic of my 650 after the reverse and flip.

Try Rat Bike Rearsets.
All you have to do is remove both foot peg bracket and swap sides. then swap the foot pegs.Roy

Here's some pictures of reverse factory pegs on my 77 KZ1000.
You have to shorten the brake pedal(not everyone does though from what I've read.)
And you can either build shift linkage, but I just reversed mine. It shifts backwards now. (1 up - 4 down)
I cut it short and drilled a hole through it.
The I tapped it, put a bolt through with a nut on it.
Slide the bolt through a piece of fuel line and there you go.
Add a set of lower bars and it will totally change the feel of the bike. Theses are straight drag bars.
Now it has superbike bars on it, I like them much better.
The bike was way uncomfortable for me with the stock peg location...Now my feet fall right in the correct position.
Does that help? Let me know if you want pictures of anything specific.

oh yeah...that's pretty sweet.what size shoe do you wear...How much did cut off your brake pedal, and your shifter. I might just do this today....i want clubman bars...something that would give me that crotch rocket feel....so what do you suggest.

Size 13. My brake pedal is actually too far away for my taste, but it works ok.
I'm not sure how much I cut off it. I did the pegs first, then sat on the bike and decided how much to take off the controls.
The shifter I cut about 1-1.5" shorter.
I haven't tried clubmans...I know the drag bars felt pretty low. they where just uncomfortable because the ones I got had no curve, they where just a straight pipe. Most of the ones you buy have a bit of a curve for normal human wrists.
Clubmans where what I was going to get, but I figured I would start less extreme...and cheaper. They also require a bit more re-arranging or replacement of throttle/clutch cables and stuff like that.

Do you think with the bars that you have that you could corner very well with out killing yourself...and I wear a 11...So i probably just ought to wait until it gets a little warm, and Go and try this thing...

These guys got around corners alright with superbike bars.
Top two are Eddie Lawson if you know who that is.
Another one I had saved, not sure the riders name.

hit me up with the place where you got your bars..So i may get some also...I have got some club mans for a XJ750...but they are to short....I might be able to modify them....I can fit any of the controls on it with out bending cables or hoses...they are all scrunched up...So the bars must not have been long enough at center, and on the bends....if someone could tell me what length that bar should be at...then can
