There is lots of info in the projects section. the max offset counter sprocket would be 5/8" . this requires some frame mods to clearance the frame from the chain. This may be best for a 200 tire. Lots of guys go with a ½†or 3/8†sprocket to avoid frame issue. with a 200 tire I would want to widen the frame by heating it with a torch and squeezing it with a C clamp. Or u can cut out a section and fab in a new piece.

i went the buy a complete r1 wheel,cush drive,axle,spacers,and brake system.then custom built my own swingarm to house the parts.might not be for everybody but that is how i did it.
