i think that rebuilding the system will help, but do not be suprised if it still rubs when you are done. i do not think i ever had a disc brake bike that did not do a little dragging, even brand new bike on the way home from the dealership. :)

My understanding is the pin-hole size relief port at bottom of master cylinder between reservoir and bore allows the system to de-pressurize when brakes are no longer being applied. :)

That's what I was saying too. If you think it will ever spin free like an old drum brake you have a lot of work to do, namely re-engineer the entire disc brake design because they all drag a little.

321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.
