7500 rpm's at 65 mph is this normal ?

thanks for all the help, i checked for slipping in 3rd & 4th gear, the clutch is slipping, going to order new clutch & springs today, nosense in opening it up & not replacing it all. i found a clutch/spring set for about $95 (EBC SRC Race/Sport Kevlar Clutch Kit) at www.denniskirk.com , where can i get a clutch cover seal at?

installed new clutch and adjusted it, but still got high rpm's, nothing changed, could my problem be tach cable (original) or could it be the tach?
