What do you think of this design i came up with? I will be machining it from 7075 aluminum and will be used on my KZ550.

I've seen aluminum sprockets with much bigger holes than that on much more powerful bikes than our KZ's, and they seem to safely last a good amount of time.

Can you make these with a different center hole size and bolt pattern...larger and 8 hole? I bet you could sell quite a few here if you had the time and use of the machine.

well let me think about it. What would be a fair price range for such a low production run? $100-$120 as pictured? The 7075 piece of aluminum cost me about $65. I know if i bought a bigger sheet of it the price would be less per sprocket. Then theres coatings. Teflon hardcoat, anodize or polished. I think i am going to polish mine. How many different hub and bolt patterns are there? How about teeth? My 550 has 40(stock).

Most of the Kzs use the same bolt pattern and Chain size 38 - 45 teeth The 750-4s and police use 630 but most convert over ,, Coatings would be nice in Colors like red or KZ Green .. Polish yourself would be the cheapest to us the buyer though .. You should really sit down and figure up a Price there is interest :) :) Also a paypal account to make it easy pay //
