Hi Belllouis, Clay (Asphalt) will sort you out, he is a wealth of knowledge and spares 👍👍
I bought restored switch blocks/units from him and they are excellent.

Bell, PM replied to. As mentioned in response, these wafers were Never sold as a separate part. Only came with purchase of the whole handlebar switchblock. That's why i was curious you needing two? Are you self-aware that you are all thumbs and will probably break another in an attempt to install or simply need another one for another project? Also, does Your LH switch have this RED Hazard push/pull button? Your two photos supplied weren't reveling enough. Also is your 1000 an LTD or Standard model?

This is what i am referring to regarding connectors and wiring. You never mentioned if you pulled the switches completely off the bike for component removal or just left them attached? Appears the handlebars have been replaced because there isn't a locator hole for the RH upper switch half. Some KZ1000's routed the switch harness inside the handlebars, some didn't. Note though the two different connectors used, (thru bar routing, individual 4mm male terminals), outside a 6-Pin white non-latching female block. Also the two styles shown, one With the Hazard and one without. And one photo of a drawer with stuff already done. Just FYI, Much Much easier to completely remove the whole switch for reassembly, you aren't fighting the constraints of other crap attached to bars and you can see what you're doing without messing-up!

Mine is the standard model. The wires are run thru the bars. It does have the hazard switch.
I removed the top and bottom half’s from the bars but did not remove the wires from inside the bars. I may go ahead and remove them if you thing it will make the install easier.
I did want to get 2 just incase I made another mistake.

Now that I’m thinking about it I may just order 1 and do a complete removal and install of the wires thru the bars like you suggested. I can see how that would be easier no that you mentioned it.
