03 Aug 2022 13:26AGM would be my preference (no leakage or corrosion issues and no maintenance) I am sure there are others on here better able to advise on brand. Just remember to make sure any battery charger you may use is AGM compatible.yep. whats a good replacement agm or lead battery for a 77 KZ750B?

Thanks for that charging reminder. Im currently weighing price. To upgrade to lithuium battery and appropriate reg/rec is a total of $300. If I got a stock reg/rec and AGM battery its about $130 total.
Which AGM brand do you like?

I no longer have a 750 twin, but in my four cylinder bikes, I have had outstanding luck with Interstate and Yuasa AGM batteries. I am averaging ten years per battery in my ZRX.
I have this C-Tek charger. It also works great on my yard tractor. They have less expensive models, too.

which specific battery did you have in your 750 Twin?
I was thinking of getting this one. www.batterymart.com/p-ytx14ahl-bs-agm-ma...ce-free-battery.html
