It all seems wired correctly. 
I'm just really curious about voltage drops along all the reg/rec lines. 
When you have a chance, do the tests and report back.

I haven’t done to test yet. But I did rewire the three yellow wires. I did to to make sure nothing was amiss with the bullet connectors. And for some reason I had two sets of them along the yellow wires. Didn’t make sense. After rewiring it it idles (my idle is pretty low normally). Around 13v. So there is improvements. And I was able to rev it a bit up to 13.5v or so. But I didn’t rev it high enough because I don’t want my neighbors to hate me. So like I said. Improvement. But not right. Any more ideas? Should I go ahead and do that test?

Testing would help.
You could keep changing parts and get lucky, but that gets expensive with time and money.
