When I tried to start the bike today, nothing happened..
I started to troubleshoot, and there was no voltage over the start relay out to the start motor..
So I took a hammer and knocked on it and then it start working...

Please see attached picture, is it possible to purchase identical on new on ebay or something ?

A starter solenoid is pretty universal. Wire goes to lug on solenoid from battery and wire from other lug is connected to your starter. Starter is grounded by the bolts that hold it to the engine case. On your solenoid there is a ground wire and some have this wire and some don't. Your issue could be the poor wire of the wire going to your starter. You might want to take that wire off the lug, cut about an inch off and install a new connector or open up the old eye connector and clamp it good over some clean wire that isn't cut/frayed as the current connection appears to be.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configuration

I’ quite sure its the solenoid it self. So i can just by these?

It should work. Yellow/red is likely trigger from your start button on right handlebar switch and green/black is likely a ground.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationI checked more up today when the problem exist. When I push the start button I have around 12.9v on the solenoid (for activation) and I always have power on the relay from the battery, but no power to the start motor.. the solenoid is not activate, when I kick it some times it start to work... hehe

So I`m 100% sure its the relay it self....

Now I need to find one almost identical to the old so cables and bracket is working...

I ordred a used one, hope it will work for me for long time.... ?

Thank you all for your inputs :)

Keep an eye on those battery terminals. They don't look good. Too much stress there can cause acid leaks or a terminal failure.

gordone, you have to put a rubber cap over the positive battery terminal to prevent a shortcut, it´s a must have!!!

I don't understand why you found it necessary to relocate the solenoid from the original location (sticking out from the bike ) to a location with a SOLID ground right next to the B+ battery cable? This is a dead short looking for a good bump in the road to weld it's self to an un-fused B+ cable and burn up a few things.. like the cable and possibly the bike? There is no sense in building in your own disasters while attempting to "fix" something. Just sayin. :-/

This is aside from the battery terminal that Scirocco already pointed out to you that needs a rubber cap, and possibly a little rethinking.

Inquiring minds want to know.

EDIT: Ok, I think I got it now.. the sol sticking out is the NEW location, and the solid ground by the B+ terminal on the sol is the old location.. If this is the case, you done good. Keeping up is a challenge some days. :-)

hehe
I should have made som comment to the photos sorry.... the old start relay was sticking up and the new is sticking out :)
The pol on the batteyr is stupid... they should have sticked up so I could mount the cabel shoes on top and not the side....
I have now ordered some new cabel shoes with correct size... the old was was number to big.

Plan:
1. new battery
2. new shoes, mounted like the old one, but will make a 90 degree angle on them.

After these I only have one issue left with the power (I know about.. ?? hehe).

And then some happy driving :)
