So I don't think my rectifier was the issue after all.

Tried that $30 rectifier. It didn't quite fit (despite claiming it would) but it fit well enough to test things out. No change. No charge.

So I checked everything out again. This time I discovered that while the stator tests fine at the stator, it did not test fine at the rectifier. Turns out I had a bad bullet connector on one of the wires running from the stator to the rectifier.

Problem seems to be solved. I'm getting 14.7v at the battery when I rev the engine with the old rectifier.

So going back to my original post, I think the rectifier actually passed both tests. I'm not sure why I got a reading in the 2000k range on the multimeter.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationRegulator starting to fail? I just ordered SH 775 due to the bike taking time to get to 14.5v. I just hope it's not a knock off.
