No spark at coils was created by Nkd288
I put new coils on new points and condenser but I'm still not getting spark to the plugs not sure what else it could be need all the help I can get thank you

It would be very helpful if you would add the year and exact model of your motorcycle to your signature line. There are MANY KZ models, and they do not all have the same ignition systems. Ed

Make sure your kill switch is in the "RUN" position and that it is working properly. Ed

Make sure there are no broken wiring or wiring connections in the ignition circuits. Also, ensure that the points and points cam are set properly and that all the little insulators associated with the points are in the correct positions. Did you use the Kawasaki Servioce Manual when installing and adjusting the points? Ed

I did not use a service manual do to not having one I know the piece behind the points is all rusty and the springs don't move.

If you are going to perform your own maintenance on your bike you really need to get a Kawasaki Service Manual. Please believe me when I say they are worth their weight in gold. In the mean time, you may find quite a bit of useful information at the link below. Ed
