poor terminal tension on 2&3 coil, aggravated by tank ear. Pulled tank bike ran nice, as soon as I put tank back on started to break up again. still soft down low but gonna try n dial the carbs in.

If the coils are working fine but the wires leak and cannot be replaced you might try using sleeves to insulate them. Here's one example, but I'm sure there are other products that work too. Ed
