So you need to check each fuse, with either a meter or test light. Make sure power is getting across.
If this checks out, and you still have no power at the head light socket, on Low Or High. Look at the Reserve Lighting Unit. Check to see if power is going in to it. You can jump around it to bypass the RLU.

I do have power to the rear light unit, and have good light and brake action light.

Bulb is good but no power in front, on any setting. I will check contacts on the head light plug.

For whats its worth - i found this bike needs much more then i am willing to invest, regardless of the electrical issues.

So i am letting it go and passing on to the next fixer upper who wants to play with this rocket ship.
