So I rewired again went over it to many times and I have the bike wired to start now the black wire on the regulator is producing the same amount of volts as the battery it's like the power is back feeding could that stator do this or could I try hooking up the r/r back words would it hurt anything... The bike does not have to be running for the black wire to produce power

The YELLOW wires are the alternator output, they should go to the regulator/rectifier. The RED/White should be connected to the battery to charge it. I'd think the BLACK wire will connect to a good ground.

The battery must receive Negative(-)voltage when the charging system is working properly.Positive(+) voltage is sent from the battery to the bikes electrical system demands. The regulator/rectifier produces both Negative and Positive voltage from the Alternating current from the bikes Alternator(or A.C. Generator).

Just to confirm -- would double-check that the battery isn't connected backwards.

Good Fortune! :)

Has the battery health been checked? Fully charged, load tested? Specific gravity good when fully charged?(it's a means of testing the fluid in each cell by using a simple glass tube to collect the electrolite(the fluid) and see how many special balls are floating).
