Yes, i have a red/pink wire a yellow wire and a blue wire in the conector along with the oil pressure and nuetral indicator wires. my instructions say to just hook the 3 yellow wires to the stator wires in no particular order, just wanted to pass it by you guys and see what you all thought.

It won't matter which yellow for identical circuits in the OEM builds (rectifier/regulator) as depicted in those images...
If your using some other regulator unknown to me anyways... Mfolks may have additional info...

Sounds like you should be fine. If they say order doesn't matter, I don't see why it would be an issue.
