basic wire diagram

I have taken all the wires off my 1982kz550. I am planing on making it a bobber. My problem is i have very limited wiring skills. I am able to follow a basic diagram.
My question is does any one have a basic diagram that only includes the use of a break light and head light and starter.

hey, i am pretty new to the site so if im doing this wrong sorry. I have a question where does the regulator go in this diagram, because i am in the same situation as toolboy and the only part im really stuck on is putting the regulator in the wiring mix. HELP??

The diagram that Leon gave has a few minor differences from the KZ. The KZ should have electronic ignition, and the start button wiring is a little different. I'll throw a schematic up on this thread, it will be on the last page:

By the way, what model KZ550 is it? I think in 82 there was the A3 standard, C3 LTD, H1 gpz, and maybe another?
