Hey. Hope your brother is ready for some Oil on the beach. I heard if it hits Destin, it will be so toxic, people will have to evacuate from all the fumes. >...... AAAANY ways.

ill check the head light right now. this could very well be the problem aside from my fuse leads possibly being corroded. thank you and every one else for the quick responses. B)

I did the blade fuse conversion on one of my 650s, IIRC I ordered the block from Parts Unlimited, was something like $10. I just soldered the wires from a stock fuse block onto the blade connection points and was good to go. There are more expensive ones out there if you search for them, a lot of marine applications so you might check a boating supply source if you're looking to spend more money.

I wanted to keep mine stock-looking so I grafted 3 individual fuse holders into the stock fuse box. It was a pretty tight fit. If I remember right, I got everything I needed at Radio Shack. It's been about 10 yrs since I did mine.
