I have one on all my bikes and nothing else gets people's attention better that a modulating headlight. Not the HID's, the blue ones. or the yellows.

I designed a circuit for a modulator some time back but never built it because I lost the need..... no more commute since no more job.Any Ideas??????
Anyway, there are specific laws about what frequency it has to pulse at and also it has to have an opto sensor to know when it's daytime or nighttime and it has to disable the pulser at night.
I'll give the circuit to anybody who wants it, but you probably should buy one since it will come potted to resist vibration. I have seen them offered online at various places.
