Some municipalities (like the one where I grew up) require parking lights on a vehicle if it's parked on the street at night. Lot of dead batteries there.

aaah the ole turn the key too far and pull it out method huh?
Make sure you arent puling the key out while ignition switch is in Parking position?
I keep doing it is why I say.:whistle:

Took a peek at my ignition switch. The park position is all the way to the right and off is all the way to the left
lock -> off -> on -> Park
So i dont think its a postion problem.
have been trying the warm coil idea, but no results yet. I'll keep trying.
