Remanufactured stator for '79 KZ650?

Yep, kawasaki.com parts diagrams are not 100% correct, we have found errors in the info in the past. It does make for a good starting point for further research though.

You'll notice that I qualify my statements with "According to Kawasaki.com" if that's where I get the info, if it's based on personal experience I'll generally say so.

Not blaming you at all, Steell - as you say we´ve found errors on buykawasaki before and its still a very valuable resource. Just caught my eye as I own a 77 650 and am rebuilding a 79 650 SR engine.

Heard back from Dennis Kirk, they don't stock one.

Checked Ricks, they have a rebuilt one: PN 20-210 for 125.00

Thanks for the link, but, while they list a regulator/rectifier for a 77-79 KZ650, they only KZ650s they list stators for is 81-83. It's a different part and won't fit.
