i dont think those are stock on a kz 900, i have a 74 900 and the speedo goes up to 160. With a 140mph speedo id say it came off of a kz 650, because my 650 speedo goes up to 140.

10,000 rpm tach with a 8000 or so redline is unusual. Maybe a late 70s KZ750 twin would be my guess.
321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.

yep, I guess that is right.
The 650 is 9000 redline with a 12,000 tach.
I should have looked closer.

i would say about 79' 650. sometime they went to an 85 mph speedo i am not sure but guessing 1980, and my 78 does not have the blue KmPH so i say 1979.
