I'm not sure why but my throttle sticks only while I'm choking the engine. Once it warms up, I put the choke down and it doesn't stick anymore. I tried tightening and loosing the cables from the fine adjusters but that didn't work. Also, the throttle feels fine it snaps right back and there's a good amount of free play Any ideas?

When the choke lever is raised up the engine will rev higher than normal. That is normal and has nothing to do with the throttle cables. Instead of pulling the choke lever all the way up, without touching the throttle try lowering the choke lever some to bring the revs down. Also, it's not a good idea to rev the engine, especially when the engine is cold. Ed
