This was 1/8 mile still have to beat him 1/4 mile.
Last time out Eric didn't bring his bike but
a buddy Will was there with his '99 ZRX 1100
with cams, carb's, and a pipe I beat him four in a row 1/4 mile.

Simple...YOU know how to ride.....They don't ;) Still, even at that, beating the Rex in 1/4 mile says a lot!! You must have that 750 really working :)

Larry I'm beating them in the 330 foot to were they can't run

Lorcan in the last pic's the bike is sitting level
and that's were I'd like to get it.
I go longer in the back if I could find another
swing arm to use to add to this one.

Theu make straps specifically to use to lower the front end down for racing and then you can release it to stock height later if you want. I think they cost about $20 or so. They bolt to your front end using the caliper bolts. I agree it would be best to lengthen the swingarm but be careful. Beings you are only running a 150(?) rear tire, you don't want to go too far back to where you don't have enough weight on rear and tire starts spinning again. Could you mount a 18" front tire to lower bike and gain some clearance also? You can also lower the front end by putting in a spacer in the lower front forks too. Just some ideas. Oh...if you mounted a turbo and upped the boost, you wouldn't have much use for a front tire anyway... just a thought!!!

Racer I have a strap setup the issue is if it wheelie's
to high the fender will hit the oil cooler when it land's
even unstrapped.

I can put the bar on and it's no big deal but
then I can't run the street et class even with the street tire.
For the Nov. 3rd. all bike race I posted the bar bump's me to
pro et running the flat slick wheelie bar box bike's.

To add I think for this upcoming race I'm gonna
put the 1" cut spring's I have with a 1 1/4" spacer
to stiffin up the forks.

I did find a swing arm on ebay but don't think
I could get the arm done in time.

Stiffening the springs would help so it doesn't hit. I understand the deal with running the slick and bar bikes. I run into the same thing here. To get any traction means a slick which puts you at an even bigger dis-advantage so I try to keep a street tire on it...lesser of two evils type of thing as you know. What it basically comes down to is this...at least the way I look at it. Best to lower bike as much as you can and move rear tire back instead of raking front-end for whatever reason. BUT...bottom line is that its all e.t. racing. Do what you need to do to make your bike work and then learn how to use that set-up to work for you. For a streetbike like ours, raking front-end is not the best way to go but beings you have run into clearance issues, you probably don't have any options. I think an 18" tire would help though. But either way, if your only option is to rake, then you rake! Make it work. May not be the best way to go at it but again...its e.t. racing so it really doesn't make a lot of difference in that sense. It would if you were going for every last bit of e.t. but that's not your goal so raking it would probably be the better route to eliminate your problem.
