I always thought this was a real cool idea by Kawasaki to reproduce these heads and I had hoped they would see fit to run up some other important hard to find items.  My problem was the cost of obtaining these pieces was way above my pay grade, but they sure looked terrific.  If I would have been able to buy one I probably would have been too afraid to actually use it and would have set it on its box under a plastic window case on my mantle.  It would have had a warning sign on it..."Don't Touch Under Fear Of Death Or At Least Loss Of Hand!".

When you say the old head is "lunched" what is the actual damage ? It's amazing what can be repaired by the right guy. In the vintage and historic car world they seem to manage to revive motors from a hundred years ago that no parts are available for ( just a suggestion)
