As the title states, i'm after a KZ1000 MKII or KZ750 E tail light backing plate,, Not the bit with the number plate bracket, the bit that has the 3 rubber bushes.  I pulled my tail light apart yesterday and noticed I could see light through it, My eyes aren't the best so I didn't notice the crack straight away. Its been slightly bent at some stage and has cracks right across it. I did a search this morning and came up with nothing, any help would be much appreciated, I really need one to finish the rear of my project...

I've searched for hours and not a thing, when I bought this one last year they were everywhere, there are also different versions. I may have to try and repair this one....

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationI couldn't find the part number for the 1000 MkII.  The cross-reference for the 750E doesn't list the 1000, only 750Es.

EB search = 11034-1753.  I tried other searches, but no luck.

Thanks Martin, searching ebay is a pain in the butt, I even searched by country and turned up nothing, changed the wording of the searches and still nothing. As I said earlier, they were everywhere when i bought the one I have now..

Just curious. What exactly is a MkII ? Is that a later 1000A model?

I did a quick Mock up against the z1r and mk2 and the tail and light will fit in the z1r plate, I can take photos after work tonight. Plus I have to order one of these plates my self for my z1r fix and can grab 2 and send it on if there is hassle in the seller sending it to Oz.

Thanks for the offer , I bought the one in the link martin_csr  supplied earlier, It will work better for me as I've modified the 750  R1 frame to suit...
Actually, if i'd have known about those ones earlier they may have saved me some work, never mind...
Email me some pics if that's ok, I'm curious to see how it looks...
