I think that I can help you out USA.  Here's some pics for you.  The cover is solid but needs polishing.  Also, some scratches at the outside bottom as shown in the one closeup pic, but no cracks in the aluminum.  Price is $65 including USPS Priority Mail shipping to your door.  Please PM me with any questions.  Thanks.

 I don't have a picture right now Mike, but I bought the Old School M&H retro 4" slick for that rim! Plus I machined the brake disc and hub to fit in and use! It is pretty trick looking. I have been meaning to send you an email! The stuff is Cool!

Hello Mike, I sent you an email. Old M&H retro slick looks pretty cool!
Rim and brake worked out good, That caliper has about .070" clearance to the rim with that 8.5" disc. Now I just have to choose a bike to use it on, plus I am going to rake another 76 KZ frame. Most likely use it for that.

I took this old swing arm I built 20 yrs. ago. And made this 1 of a kind in the world! Stainless Steel axle and adjusters all stainless steel.
Double Hex matching! Screws in to tighten, Unique! Worked on and off at work for about a year on that! Thanks 3rd. shift in the 1990's! Govt. Jobs! Swing arm modified at work too, the Machine shop were my friends!!   Along with my 2 hour naps at lunch time!
