Your Japan frame range was 101-026623 from info i gathered. So your fairly low 5592 would definitely put the carbs in that range of application. 
gd4now, i don't know why no interest? I would snag them up but i've already like 5 sets of these already. Two shown previously and boxes of loose ones enough to make at least 3 more. Seems though persons really want the "big nut" earlier ones or ribless.
