For sale, 1981 Kawasaki 650 CSR for $1,000; 29,800 miles, all original, starts reliably, runs well, minor rust on spokes and chrome.  2nd owner, clear title, and current Indiana registration.  I purchased this during pandemic shutdown from original owner who is a close personal friend who babied this bike for years, then let it sit last 5 years hoping one of his boys would take it.  When they didn't want it, he sold to me.  My plan was to ride it then slowly restore it during pandemic shutdown; but then got a new job with lots of travel (and lots of $$), so I bought a new bike and want to sell this for what I have in it.  Things needing repair:  tachometer doesn't work, turn signals faulty, hazards don't work.  Things repaired recently:  new battery, new front brake caliper, recovered seat.  Includes removed accessories:  windscreen, crash bars, and sissy bar & pad.

FYI - this bike spent 5 or so years outside in a barn before I bought it for my garage.   Thus the surface rust.  ( Thanks for the bump martin_csr)

Nice CSR for sitting outside in the Midwest for 5 years.  I have a nephew in the Rockville, IN area.  He is looking to buy something like this.  However, he needs to sell a bike he has first.  Will follow this thread in case.  Good Luck With The Sale!

My first KZ was a very similar model. I still have the frame, engine and wheels haha. All on different projects at this point.
