I'm also very interested to see what this sells for.  My guess is that this is likely to sell, and it's likely to be over $6k.

It's close to being a rider, and it looks mostly complete.  I'm guessing folks won't realize how hard it will be to find all of the little bits and things, and bid optimistically.  :)

It already has one bid (and one retraction), so it's already going to sell for $6k.

I watched the whole video.  He would really like you to know that he's not a Z1R expert and they don't know if that's a Yoshimura exhaust, in case you were wondering.

Also, I'm pretty sure Kenny crushed and cracked the seat trim rails by taking it for a spin without the seat mounted.  Those rails crack if you just look at them funny, and he was sitting right on them.

He knows what he's dealing with, just probably doesn't want the headache.

I don’t think it’s a YOSHIMURA pipe. YOSHIMURA pipes were one piece with the tail end short.

The early Yoshi pipes had a slip on  tailpipe which slipped on the collector
I had one   78 to 82 pre turbo

I've owned a few early Yoshimura pipes and that definitely isn't one. The header looks like a Kerker, the ones that go around the sump plug, the tail pipe could be off anything...
Some early Yoshi's were one piece, some 2 piece, and some 5 piece or more, the 2 piece ones were usually the street pipe, they had machine bent headers, the race pipes were hand bent...

Will this bike sell for $6000 ?

$11,050 was the final bid.  That seems bonkers.

There were lots of fake bids from $8600 to $11k, winning bid looks real.
