A little Mothers will fix those fork uppers in no time!

Machivmotors tried to screw me  over a few years ago.
I have a couple of Z1B's restored, an '80 KZ1000LTD restored, a 1981 KZ550 restored and a 2008 KLR 650 for off road fun. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

I've written it elsewhere earlier I think but here goes.

He advertised a NOS Z1 brake MC cap for $200.  I bought it.  When it showed up it was a cheap plastic replica, not the NOS one advertised in the photos.  Right away I emailed him and told him it was not what was advertised.  He said to send it back, so I did at my expense.  After a couple of weeks I emailed him again and asked if he had received it.  He said he received one (from me) but it wasn't the one he sent me and he refused to refund my payment.  We cursed each other back and forth for a while and eventually I complained to ebay and got my money back for the part but not for  shipping.  Then the guy bans me from buying from him!  Not that I would do it anyway, but I thought it was a cheap thing to do.

So I have no respect for the guy.

I bought a 46 Indian in 2013 or more accurately half a 46 Indian.
Next week they parted out a 46 Indian, I bid and won 25 parts, huge help to me.
I drove to Appleton and picked up parts, he was friendly to me.
I heard two stories like yours, it surprises me, he did not seem like that back then.
Things were better when the operation was small.
