By any chance here in the FUTURE do you have the section on synching the carbs off the 1979 KZ400? Thanks!

Is it different from the earlier models?
1982 KZ1000 LTD parts donor

I searched the File Base. We have a manual for the KZ400 thru 1977. And we have a manual for the KZ440 1979 thru 1983.
