Well, thank u so much for ur kind attention, but i think we separated by thousands of miles, rite....
And we, let say it arround 10,000 KZ200-KZ250 bikers in Indonesia r not having a problem with the spare parts, I mean, generally, of course there's a certain think which is hard to find, especially the accecories like the side emblem....
For the camshaft, we (I) use the local japan brand, it has good enough quality, but for my KZ200, i modificate the camshaft using the bearring, and guess what, the cost for the bearring and press it is more expensive than the local camshaft it self... But, I', very pleased with that camshaft...
Thanx again......

Hi there, I am new to these forum. Let me introduce myself. Me Also from Indonesia, I Live In Jakarta. I have a KZ200 too. I was built in 1983, equipted with CDI not a contact breaker anymore. I use GSX250 spoke rims front & rear. 1.85/18" + Battlax BT45F 90/90/18 front and 2.50/17 + Battlax BT45R 120/80/17 for rear. I apply oil cooler for the tiny kaws. The pic was taken before the hose of oil cooler had not been attached. What do you think guys, not bad isn't it?.
@Tiez
Hi Bro? U live in Bandung? I noticed that u have modified ur engine displacement, from 200 cc to 225 cc, If u dont mind would u tell us all how did u do that? perhaps in more detail.
Well I ask the question because in the near future I inted to modify my kz200 engine by myself into bigger displacement, maybe into 250 cc. DIY project I guess. I going to do it in two way
1. Implant Z 250 LTD cylinder head + internal part which might needed to my kz200, of course my kz200 would have longer stroke.
2. Use bigger piston into combustion chamber. e.g. Using mitsubishi lancer GLX '89 which has bore 76 mm.
Well wat ur opinion about this? I need some valuable input + advice from all of you guys. Any advice will greatly apreciated.
Thanx
