If you have all the bolts out and still can't get the motor to move, then you don't have all the bolts out.

Take a real hard look all around the motor, there is probably one bolt you missed.

I made sure every bolt was out and I can jack the motor up/ move it around:blink:

They are a heavy beast to lift out. Have a buddy give you a hand.
Some will lay the bike on it's right side and lift the frame off the engine.

You just have to find the right angle and tilt to get the motor to clear, it's almost always easier if you have the cylinder head removed.

It's a real bear to pull a complete motor from the frame.

Yea, I don't know what you're planning on doing, but if the head and cylinders are removed it's waaay easier. I lifted the bottom end out myself recently (sure, I nearly killed myself, but it was worth it:evil: ) If you are planning on tearing it down anyway, at least pull the head and maybe the cylinders too. BTW, you do know that it will only come out one side of the frame, right? (I guess we shouldn't assume anything) It must be removed from the right side. Just want to make sure we don't over look the obvious issues

The engines don't get tight in the frame. There is a front upper and lower motor mount. There are rear upper and lower mounts. There are also mounts down below the foot pegs on both sides. I imagine these might be the ones you forgot to remove. Put a jack under the engine and put some up pressure (not much) on the engine while you pull the last mounts as they are much harder to remove if the engine weight is on them.
